Southgates & The Woottons Surgeries are closed for staff training on Wednesday 25th June between 13:00 – 17:00. If you require urgent medical advice during this time please contact VIDA Healthcare who are providing our emergency medical cover on 01553 609018. If your request is not urgent please contact the practice on the following day. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATION (Mounjaro) is currently not available for NHS prescription at Southgates Medical Centre. Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service, as there is no capacity or funding for it, or any of the supportive wraparound care required to run alongside. This has not yet been commissioned by the ICB. We do not know when or if it will be resourced to provide.
